Membership is open only to professional business brokers and/or commercial real estate brokers. 'Citisales & Leasing' Membership privileges are granted to individuals exclusively and can not be assigned or shared with anyone. Business listings will only be added to the 'Citisales & Leasing' web site if all contacts added to that listing are also subscribing 'Citisales & Leasing' Members.
Standard 'Citisales & Leasing' Membership is limited to 20 listings at a time. For higher listing limits or larger group account pricing, contact 'Citisales & Leasing' Sales at (+61) 1300 79 58 68.

This website service is $39 a month. This fee is in addition to the monthly membership fee ('Citisales & Leasing' membership must be maintained to use the website service).

There is a $149 setup fee to establish your website account, install your logos and assist you in registering and/or transferring your domain name to your new website. Sign up today with your broker membership application, and the setup fee is only $74. You save 50%.

									TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The submission of information to, and use of the
services available through the Citisales & Leasing web site, located
at http://www.citisales.com.au/ is subject to the following terms and
conditions.
BY ACCESSING OR SUBMITTING INFORMATION available under Membership
Privileges and or an advertising subscription, the end user customer
('Customer') YOU,  AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. These
Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between you and Citisales &
Leasing or the 'Company'.
The latest version of the terms and conditions is available on the
Citisales & Leasing website at http://www.citisales.com.au/term.php
Any Questions regarding these Terms and Conditions should directed the
General Manager: GM@citisales.com.au .
Membership Privileges are granted to the Account holder exclusively,
they are not to be used by or shared with other individuals, nor can the
Customer sub license their Membership Privileges, The Membership rights
may only be transferred with written permission from Citisales & Leasing.
Customers may not disclose their User login information to a third party.

The Company Requires that the Customer maintains a valid email address.
The Company Requires the Customers postings do not contravene Australian
law, posts that the company consider to be in potential breech of
Australian law will be removed and the members access rights may be
removed at the total discretion of the Company.
The Company requires the Customers postings do not contain copyrights
materials, regardless of format (textual, images, etc) that the Customer
does not have the necessary rights and authorizations for the use of in
their posting.
The Customer warrants they have a legal right to list the item and to
disclose the information provided, either by being a principal or a
principals agent, not encumbered in any way that would prevent them from
providing the disclosure.
The Company requires that Customers act with integrity and honesty and
all content contained within a Customers postings are Factual, unless
noted otherwise.
The Customer has a single right of use for the information contained
within the site, the information may only accessed through their web
browser, a Customer may not republish the information in partial or
complete form.
The Company will monitor logins and may at the Companies discretion
suspend or cancel an account that has simultaneous logins from separate
locations.
Company retains the right to cancel the subscription of any user in
breech of any conditions outlined in these terms and conditions.
Company warrants not to share information with any other companies or
identities unless required by law.
Company will not provide email addresses to a third party.
Company will provide opt out any emails sent by the company.
The Company is the sole Authority in the presentation of listings and in
other matters that constitute operational matters pertaining to the site
as a whole any in sectional part within the site.
The Company reserves the right to remove any listing that it believes
has contravene any of the provisions contained within these Terms and
Conditions.
The Company is not responsible for the integrity of members and the
factual content of the listings, nor  is the Company responsible for any
dishonest actions of the members
The Company will keep backups to ensure it's own operations, but the
Member is solely responsible for maintaining a backup of their data,
photos, textual copy and the like.
This site is presented as is and carries no implied warranty by the
Company.
Customers are responsible for their own computer security and are not
responsible for viruses or any form or 'Malware' contained in any of the
posts.
The Company has the right to set the price of its services and will
inform the Customer prior to the end of their current subscription.
Whilst the utmost level of security has been applied to the web site
http://www.citisales.com.au/ Citisales & Leasing is not liable for any
misfortunes arising from future threats.
